Ehwa Global Empowerment Program in Seoul South Korea, January 2018It was a great opportunity for Impart Change founder to be invited to participate in the Ehwa Global Empowerment Program in Seoul, South Korea. The program aims to promote education for women and gender equality in Asia and Africa by empowering women working in non-governmental public sectors and by nourishing the next generation of women leaders.

US - Africa Partnership Symposium, September 2017
It was an honor for us to participate in the 2017 US - Africa Partnership
Symposium in Washington DC. As one of the two official youth organization
representatives from Africa, Ms Akoth joined Mr Victor Ochen (2015 Nobel Peace
Prize Nominee) in championing youth issues and priorities. Among issues
discussed in the panel were threats and challenges facing youth in the region,
strategic policy involvement of youth in shaping US funded youth programs and
increased financial and technical assistance for promising youth leaders
engaging in community development project initiatives.
